I dont mind paying i cant afford alot but i really want to get my forum to a number one unique friendship forum

All i need from the graphic designer si to make siggies for people as and when they ask and avatars and also maybe a new forum theme and banner

Sorry, but I'm not interested in making signatures/avatars for users. I thought that by "graphic designer" you mean actual designer and not a "gfx artist" like you're looking for.

You get people to join and post and on the forum if they become active once a month we are awarding the tip recruter a plaque with there name on as the top recruiter of the month

Nope you just register on the forum,Become a member and give out your forum refers link and get your friends to join and then the top recruiter each month aslong as the new friends are active wins the award

Nope as ace i think pointed out to me i was asking for someone to be able to design forum banners,ranks,avatars and siggies for members and he said this was a gfk
