Banner thing

Right by the banner it has the "Chat Arena defined with three partitions. Discussion of any topic, game play and a great place to advertise your website. On top of our theme this is the forum to be at. Become a member or login to your account today!" I think that makes it look worse. If I'm not mistaken you can get that thing that follows you if you aren't logged in. That is where it should go

It could but that is like our forum description which is for members and non members so i think it will be seen more there.
