Proper moderation
I'm being quite disturbed by seeing that moderators are only here to...well, be here. Haven't seen anyone doing any moderation so far (except the owner). I suggest that moderators start behaving like moderators and do their job properly or that they get just removed from the position, they're not really needed at the current time.
There are quite nice amount of threads that could be merged together or just deleted, because they're clear spam (Students and God, Students and Democracy...you get the point). Not to mention that some of the posts of the moderators are just spam as well.
I believe that moderators should make quality posts and make sure that forum is moderated properly, that is what every moderator should do, no matter if he's being moderator, because he's owners friend or just a volunteer that does his job out of pure fun.
Note to moderators: This is my opinion, if you take this as a personal attack then you really aren't fit for the job at all.

Re: Proper moderation
Alright, First of all i see where you come from, but you also got to think as if you were a Moderator. At the given moment there hasn't been anything to Moderate. We also haven't been givin any task to complete, well i haven't atleast.

Re: Proper moderation
What does the location that I come from have anything to do with moderation at all?
As I mentioned at first post, there is some threads that are pure spam which would most likely be deleted in few minutes after the creation on any other forum if moderator was online).
Moderator (in your case, super moderator) doesn't need to be given any tasks at all. Its job is to moderate the forum, if it gets additional tasks that's up to the arrangement that it has with the owner of the forum.

Re: Proper moderation
It's not forms, it's threads. And threads which I personally consider spam are located in School section of the forums, not going to point them out for you, because that is job of moderator as well, to recognize spam
Re: Proper moderation
I deleted atleast 7 forms that were eigther personal, just dumb, religion wise. We here at Chat Arena aren't going to talk about this. Plus it is just Spam. Thanks for letting us know.

Re: Proper moderation
I just wanted to bring more attention to the moderation, because I've seen some spam on the forum and some coments made by moderator that are spam as well.

Re: Proper moderation
Good job Sirbryceboy. Margesh and TimothyPerkins really need to work harder.
Good suggestion Andraž Rihtar, i will make the mods more active and make a policy and if they don't work hard, i will just have to fire them.

Re: Proper moderation
It is a general chat forum, how much moderating can be needed? What would be considered spam on a forum with a dedicated topic, would not be considered the same on a general talk forum, atleast in my opinion.
The threads in question were in the school section, all the threads are going to be a derivative of school+subject thread. If they're all going to be considered spam and to be deleted then you might aswell just get rid of the school section and make a single school thread.
I think the biggest job for a moderator on a forum that's still in it's beginning stages is posting, I have seen sirbryceboy in pretty much every thread, so inactivity isn't a problem for him. I'm not aware of any other moderators, but I don't go looking either. I just notice sirbryceboy because of his big (perhaps a little too big, it sticks over the forum width) sig.
